Coaching Clergy to their Highest Potential

About Betty: Your Clergy Coach

As a dedicated Christian leader with a passion for pastoral success, Betty brings wisdom and guidance to those seeking to excel in their ministry roles.

Betty, alongside her husband, Mark, co-pastored churches in Oklahoma and Missouri, where they shared equal roles and responsibilities in ministry. Over the years, she has been valued not only for her spiritual dedication but also for her compassionate and non-judgmental listening skills.

Pastor Betty

In early 2020, Betty discovered something transformative about herself. She realized that she most likely had ADHD (also sometimes referred to as ADD), a revelation that would significantly impact her life and ministry. After a confirmed diagnosis, Betty’s desire to assist other clergy led her into coaching, driven by the belief that her experiences could benefit those who face similar challenges.

Betty’s leadership extends beyond the church walls. She’s held key positions in various organizations, from her role as president of her local church Youth Group as a teenager to serving as a leader in college alumni, community, and family associations. Her versatile background, combined with her pastoral experience, equips her to guide leaders in their journey to unlock their full potential.

Betty is an ordained minister and incorporates her compassionate listening skills and wisdom into her Clergy Coaching practice. She’s dedicated to helping fellow Christians thrive in their leadership roles, fostering personal growth, and empowering individuals to make a lasting impact in their churches and communities.

Betty is proud to be a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is diligently working toward certification by both ICF and the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC). Betty and Mark have one adult daughter who lives with them.
